Carpet Water Restoration and Flood Damage Sydney
There are many reasons a carpet can be damaged due to water.
These include: a burst or leaking pipe, appliance leaking (like an Air Conditioner, Washing Machine, Fridge), overflowing bathtub, storm damage or broken or leaking sewer pipe.
It's important to tend to a wet carpet as soon as possible to try and salvage the carpet and inhibit mould growth.

- Locate the source of the leak.
- Get the leak repaired.

- We will assess your job and advise the best way to proceed.
What we do!
- After you call us, we will ask you about the details of the damage.
- Provide a cost estimate and explain the restoration process.
- Organise an appointment with you to assess the damage and do the job.
Carpet Restoration Process
- Firstly, we will extract water from the carpet using our industrial machine.
- Steam Clean the carpet.
- Apply anti-browning and anti-moulding treatment.
- Install carpet drying fans and dehumidifiers.
- Once dry, collect drying equipment.
- We can check if carpet if fully dry using our moisture sensor which can measure moisture in the underlayer of the carpet.
Post-Job
- After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
- We will email you a report with photos explaining the restoration work.
- This is useful for insurance claims.
Sewage Affected Carpet
- If your carpet has been affected by sewage, we will clean it as per a flooded or wet carpet.
- A carpet affected by sewage is not restorable and will most likely be replaced by Insurance.
